At point 1, the rollercoaster was at it's maximum amount of GPE because it was at it's maximum height. The rollercoaster then had the least KE because it was moving slower. When the rollercoaster arrived at point 2, it had the least amount of GPE because it was lower to the ground. Also, it had more KE because it was moving faster from point 1 to point 2 because of the hill. At point 6, the rollercoaster had more GPE than KE because it was higher off the ground. It didn't have more KE because it was gradually decreasing speed. You can't have more GPE than KE in this rollercoaster. They have to switch up and down depending on the height or speed.
